What's to loose, so I downloaded it and extracted it to find it is Intel drivers in a DELL wrapper much like Intel drivers in a lenovo Wrapper. Google turned up DELL have Version 15.2.30.280 of Intel USB 3.1 eXtensible Host Controller and Hub Driver. Now it will not install under my user account that is an administartor account. It was originally installed during Win7 install using the built in Admin Account before the OOBE. The only Win 7 Lenovo USB 3.1 driver (Version 15.2.30.11) will not install on my system manually and fails using any of the Lenovo tools or utilities. I suspect item 1 was resolved by the most recent Lenovo graphics driver bundle. Reinstalled drivers individually checking system behaviour at each step. So I uninstalled all Intel drivers, Lenovo utilities and the Graphics drivers to get back to a base Win 7 install and confirmed Paint worked.
